What does that mean? How do you just pause a vaccine that has been injected into thousands of people? What about the people who got the J&J jab thinking it was safe? What recourse do they have? Due to the PREP Act all the vaccine manufacturers and distributors of the jab, have 100% indemnity. Who takes care of them? Who takes care of a family who has to pick up the pieces if they are one of the unlucky injured?
“The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) authorizes the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (Secretary) to issue a PREP Act declaration. The declaration provides immunity from liability (except for willful misconduct) for claims:
- of loss caused, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from administration or use of countermeasures to diseases, threats and conditions
- determined by the Secretary to constitute a present, or credible risk of a future public health emergency
- to entities and individuals involved in the development, manufacture, testing, distribution, administration, and use of such countermeasures

How can any government even talk about mandates, and health identification papers, with products that come with risk of injury and death!?
Look at this mess. Think of the families now living with this reality. How do they feel wondering if they’ll ever be the same?
Where there is risk there must be choice!
